It was a gorgeous day for a shoot. The temperature maxxed out in the low 80's and humidity was very comfortable. 31 shooters came out to try to win the York County Championship match. In a day suitable for setting records George Rill mustered up a 24x followed closely by Rookie shooter Mike Sherman only on his third match with 23x. and Rookie shooter Kevin Tolley in only his fourth match managed to win his first wood. I think us older shooters are in for a tough time with rookies like this coming into the sport. Dave Thomas and K.L Miller both managed to shoot 250's in Varmint Hunter class but Dave managed to best K.L.'s 12x with a 16x. Vince Pastorella was the winner and only shooter in Hunter Class.
