2003 Score Shooting Report
SCORE SHOOTER OF THE YEAR 6 POWER AND
VARMINT SCORE SHOOTER OF THE YEAR
THE MAINVILLE SPORTSMAN'S CLUB WILL AWARD POINTS ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOW CHART FOR THEIR TROPHY.
a. 1/2 point to each registered IBS member competing at a match
b. 2 points each class yardage winner
c. 1 point each class 2nd place yardage winner
d. 1/2 point each class 3rd place yardage winner
e. 4 points each class grand agg winner
f. 2 points each class grand agg 2nd place winner
g. 1 point each class grand agg 3rd place winner
h. 5 points each new record set
Competitors will receive points for one gun per trophy (6 power and Varmint for Score). Competitors may compete with more than one gun, however, they will only receive the highest points accumulated in VFS and 6X. Therefore, a competitor can accumulate points in VFS for either LV or HV and in the 6 power class, either Hunter or Varmint Hunter at one match.
If there is a tie in the yardage winner, both competitors will receive equal points.
Records are determined by the host range. Points are awarded even if the Records Committee denies the record.
END OF THE YEAR TIES WILL BE BROKEN BY CREEDMORE SYSTEM AS FOLLOWS
1. Most matches attended
2. Total "X" count
3. Total score for the year
4. If still tie, co-winners and double plaques awarded
GENERAL RULES
1. Season March 1 to November 15
2. All matches must be advertised in "IBS Score Shooting Match Schedule"
3. All matches must be IBS Registered Matches
4. All ranges must register all classes--Hunter, Varmint-Hunter, Varmint for Score
5. All shooters must be IBS members (please note on match report if not)
6. Grand Agg points awarded for State Championships and IBS Championships
