IBS Family...As of August 5th, Joan Borden has retired as our Recording Secretary. She served for over 31 years in that capacity. She saw a lot of change over that time period. The days of Precision Shooting magazine and long lead times are long gone. She was part of our team to help guide the IBS through a lot of changes. Thank you, Joan, for your dedication to the IBS.
